The 5th day of biomolecules in Rhône-Alpes will be held in Lyon at the Institute of Analytical Sciences on June 7, 2016.
The topic of the JRAB 2016 is “Biomolecules : from the identification to the use as tools for the diagnosis, targeting and therapy”. The scientific program focuses on biomolecules : design, characterization, analysis, structural/functionnal studies and biological applications. The JRAB 2016 aims to strengthen the impact of regional research in the field of biomolecules to promote the visibility of the scientific community involved in this field at the Physical Chemical-Biological interfaces.

Three guest speakers will animate this day
Dr Stéphane Marinesco from the Centre for Research in Neuroscience – Lyon
Dr. Bernold Hasenknopf from the university “Pierre et Marie Curie”- Paris
Dr Frédéric Rosu from the European Institute of Chemistry and Biology – Bordeaux

Poster award
A poster award will be offer to a young researcher (PhD student or post-doctoral fellow) during JRAB 2016. The award is funded by the regional division of the Société Chimique de France.

La 5ème journée Rhône-Alpes des Biomolécules (JRAB 2016) “De l’identification à l’utilisation comme outils pour le diagnostic, le ciblage et la thérapeutique” aura lieu à l’Institut des Sciences Analytiques (Lyon Villeurbanne) le 7 juin 2016.
Le programme scientifique de la JRAB s’articule autour des biomolécules : conception, caractérisation, analyse, études structurales/fonctionnelles et applications biologiques. Cette manifestation a pour vocation de renforcer l’impact de la recherche régionale dans le domaine des biomolécules et de promouvoir la visibilité de la communauté scientifique impliquée dans cette thématique à l’interface Chimie-Physique-Biologie.

Trois conférenciers invités animeront cette journée :

Attribution d’un prix du meilleur poster
Un jeune chercheur (doctorant, post-doctorant) se verra remettre le prix du meilleur poster JRAB 2016, financé par la section rhône-Alpes de la Société Chimique de France.
