ISA (see High-Resolution NMR for liquids page) hosts a Bruker 600 MHz NMR spectrometer made available by the Rovaltain foundation on agreement with ICL (Institut de Chimie de Lyon). This NMR facilitie is one of the NMR platforms of the Institute of Chemistry of Lyon. This equipment is thus open to the ICL network under specific conditions.
This NMR system is devoted to structural studies of organic molecules in solution based on one dimensional and multidimensionnal NMR correlation spectroscopy using 1H, 15N, 13C, relaxation-rates measurements and STD experiments to study molecular interactions, 3D heteronuclear experiments (HNCO, HNCA, HNCACB,…) to determine proteins structure.
Equipement : Bruker Avance III HD 600 MHz spectrometer equipped with auto-sampler Samplejet for automated large series data acquisitions, a variable temperature unit (BCU I) and a TXI 1H-13C/15N probe, 5 mm with ATMA and z gradients
