Biography
After career begins as an administrative secretary in the Legal Department at the CNRS headquarters in Paris, Catherine Serreau worked for 20 years in the Human Resources (HR) Department of the Rhône Auvergne CNRS delegation in Villeurbanne. She was in charge of the HR management of several laboratories and regulatory coordination in HR. In 2008, she became Secretary-General of the “Service Central d’Analyses” (SCA) in Solaize (Rhône). She then learned about Quality Management by actively participating in the implementation of the quality system of the SCA until obtaining ISO 9001 certification. In 2013, Catherine Serreau became the quality coordinator and the training manager of the Institute of Analytical Science. Since 2019, she also coordinates the teams of prevention of risks and prevention assistants of the Institute.
