Biography

Sabine Heinisch is research scientist at ISA. She was graduated from ICPI at Lyon and obtained a M.Sc. in analytical chemistry. She received her Ph.D. in optimization of chromatographic methods in 1993 from the University of Lyon. Her current research activities are focused on the development of multi-dimensional chromatographic techniques hyphenated to mass spectrometry detection (LC x LC-MS; LC x SFC-MS) from both a theoretical and a practical perspective. She has supervised 10 Ph.D. students and has been involved in numerous projects with industrial (Servier, IFPEN, Solvay, Pierre Fabre, Waters) and academic (University of Genova, University of Brussels, LETIAM Paris) partners. She developed an optimization software for HPLC development which is widely used in the industrial area. She is the principal author of more than 40 publications, 2 book chapters, and 30 invited communications in national and international conference. She is president of the “Club Lyonnais de Chromatographie” and president of the SEP2015 conference which will be held in Paris in March 2015. She also taught separation science at CPE Lyon engineers and is regularly involved in company training.
